"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
— Matthew 11:28
Individual counseling is a space that’s just for you, no roles to perform, no pressure to “have it all together.” Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship stress, or a fog you can’t quite name, our work together will move at a pace that feels safe and respectful to your story.
In session, we’ll slow down and listen to what’s happening beneath the surface: the patterns you feel stuck in, the stories you’ve carried about yourself, and the ways your body and nervous system have learned to cope. Individual counseling gives you room to untangle those knots with someone who isn’t judging you, fixing you, or rushing you, but walking alongside you with curiosity and care.
Our work is collaborative and practical. We’ll identify what’s not working, clarify what you long for, and develop tools you can actually use in daily life, whether that’s learning to calm anxiety, navigate difficult conversations, set healthier boundaries, or process old wounds that keep resurfacing. Along the way, you’ll grow in self-understanding, resilience, and the ability to respond to life from a place of clarity instead of survival mode.
You don’t have to stay stuck in the same cycle. Individual counseling offers a steady, confidential place to heal, grow, and rediscover who you are when you’re not carrying so much weight. If you’re ready to begin, or even just curious about whether this is the right next step, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
