By choosing to participate in a telehealth or video session, you acknowledge and accept these limitations and risks. You also agree to take reasonable steps on your end to protect your privacy, including using a private location when possible, securing your own device, and avoiding public or unsecured internet connections when appropriate.
ReGenesis Counseling reserves the right to determine whether telehealth is appropriate for a particular situation and may recommend an in-person session, referral, or another alternative when necessary.

If you choose to provide your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from ReGenesis Counseling for purposes such as responding to your inquiry, scheduling, appointment reminders, administrative communication, and other service-related updates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of receiving services. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP or by notifying us in any reasonable manner that you no longer wish to receive text messages.
Text messaging is not a secure method for sharing highly sensitive, urgent, or emergency information. Please do not use text messaging to communicate emergencies, crisis situations, or detailed confidential information. We reserve the right to discontinue text communication at any time and to determine what types of matters are appropriate for SMS communication.
