Grief & Loss Support

"Grief is not proof that something ended, but proof that something mattered enough to stay. "

Grief & Loss Support is a place to bring the pain you usually feel you have to hide. Loss reshapes everything: your routines, your relationships, your sense of self, even your faith or view of the world. Whether you’re grieving the death of a loved one, the end of a marriage, a fractured relationship, a major life transition, or the loss of a future you hoped for, you don’t have to make sense of it alone.

In our work together, we’ll create space for your grief to be fully seen and honored, without rushing you, minimizing your pain, or trying to “fix” what can’t be fixed. We’ll explore how your loss is affecting your emotions, your body, your nervous system, and your daily life, and gently name the waves of anger, numbness, guilt, confusion, or longing that often come with deep grief.

Grief support can help you:

  • Understand the different stages and expressions of grief
  • Navigate important dates, triggers, and secondary losses
  • Process unresolved or complicated feelings about the person or situation
  • Find language for your sorrow with friends, family, or faith communities
  • Begin to reconnect with meaning, purpose, and small moments of joy

Walking through grief doesn’t mean “moving on” or forgetting what (or who) you’ve lost. Instead, our goal is to help you carry your loss differently—to honor the love and the story you shared, while slowly rebuilding a life that can hold both sorrow and hope.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, numb, or unsure how to keep going, grief counseling offers a compassionate place to begin again, one step at a time.
